Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date on which You received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Return & Exchange Policy

• We accept return or exchange requests submitted within 7 days of the order being delivered.
• This policy covers standard, full-price items only - custom orders and discounted purchases are not eligible.
• Before we can process a return, customers need to send a photo showing the item securely repacked.
• Every returned item goes through a quality check before we approve the return.
• A 60-day return window applies, with a 15% restocking fee for all eligible returns.
• An exchange is only confirmed once the returned item has cleared our quality check.
• If you'd like to exchange for a different item, it must be of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid by you - exchanges toward a cheaper item won't be refunded the difference.
• Return shipping within the USA is free of charge for both refunds and exchanges.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 24–72 hours from our warehouse.
• Items bought at a discount are excluded from returns or exchanges, whether purchased online or in person.
• Exchanges are strictly limited to items of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
• During peak sale periods, delivery times may run slightly longer than usual due to higher order volumes.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
