• Custom-made and discounted items are non-returnable.
• A photo of the securely packed product is required before return approval.
• Every returned item undergoes a quality inspection.
• No restocking fee is charged.
• Exchange is confirmed only after quality inspection.
• Exchange items must be of equal or greater value.
• Return shipping within the US is free.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued after the returned product is received. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
